Perched at 2,100 feet above the fog line, Pride’s vineyard’s south-facing slopes enjoy all-day sunshine and uniquely balanced temperatures—warm mornings and cool afternoons. These conditions allow the vines to remain active throughout the day, creating wines with remarkable depth, balance, and freshness.

Their winemaking follows a traditional, thoughtful approach designed to highlight the vineyard’s distinct terroir. Small lots are carefully vinified and aged in French oak to allow each wine to develop its full personality before blending and bottling. The result is a collection of wines that are unmistakably shaped by their high-elevation origin—distinct not only from other regions, but even from nearby vineyards.

Most importantly, these wines are crafted to be enjoyed and shared. Circa is ecstatic to pair Pride’s wines with Chef Jeff Pignato’s thoughtfully executed plates.
